rambling in semi-rhetorical fashion
Mar. 31st, 2004 12:05 pmI am tired of being wrong, but how will I ever know when I'm right? I'm always correct until proven otherwise?
I remember being asked if I believe in true love -- well, today I'm thinking that I will only know that I found true love, when I die. For, if I am in love at the point of death, then that existing love was the true one. Is that like looking for something, and that something always being in the last place you look? The true love is the last love you have? But what about the wondering if you are correct, and living day to day just waiting for the other shoe to drop, waiting to be proved wrong?
