Yesterday I got some excellent advice. In one's life, there are Wants, Shoulds, and Musts. It is healthy to not have Shoulds, because they can cause guilt when not adhered to. So, it's good to change your Shoulds to Wants, so your accomplishements can be fully enjoyed without feeling the guilt of obligation.
