Does anyone know offhand, or could help me find a recipe for matzo balls that can be made in advance and included in a dry in-a-jar recipe? I don't care if they are the fluffy ones or ones that bounce (although I imagine anything that can be reconstituted may be more likely to bounce than fluff).

I had the idea to make a gift-in-a-jar for my family of matzo ball soup... although if needed I could just make a chicken noodle soup and have them add the balls of their choice...

Thanks for any input in advance :)

No recipes here but I think the fluffyness of matzo balls is more dependent on how they're made then what's in them. Mixing them too much is supposedly what makes them bouncy.
